This book has really helped me understand the financial aspect of buying a home. The book is very easy to read and is divided into easy to understand sections which you will undoubtedly enjoy. Mappa definitely knows what he is talking about!

The book is very basic and works more in theory than in the real world of finance…especially in todays economic environment. The strategies really only work if you take the extra payments and invest it in the stock market. Thats too much risk for most. Best advice is still to prepay your mortgage and have peace of mind!
The book sells for $189???? Overpriced is a huge understatement. What nerve! Its worth about $20 retail.
