I haven’t read it, but as the author of Let your Mortgage Make You Rich, I was very interested in what Anosike has to say. In researching the book, and the author, what I have learned is the book (kit) is no longer available new. You can order a used copy, and pay as much for shipping as for the book.
Second, Benji Anosike has written a dozen How-to legal books (this one is 200 pages). From that, I would deduce he is a lawyer; though, he may be a paralegal, or someone who played one on TV. Because of that, I imagine that his information is accurate and reliable.
I gave this book two stars, because it’s probably good, but doesn’t deserve a higher rating without being available new or having some pictures of pages, such as Search-Inside, to warrant buying a used edition. It is possible it is boring legal speak, but I found no references anywhere to faulty information.
